The jury process will begin one month before the faire, and continue until two weeks before the faire. Acceptance letters will be emailed out as soon as possible. Getting your application in early will increase your chances of acceptance, but is not a guarantee.
- You may be asked to limit or eliminate certain wares in order to be accepted. If you are not accepted we will refund your payment and the reason for denial. If your application is rejected, you may resubmit. All decisions of our vendor committee are final. If you have any questions regarding this rule, please ask.
- All vendors must be dressed in Renaissance or Medieval costume. You are more than just a vendor, you are a part of The Great Plains Renaissance Festival show. Any attempt at a Renaissance or Medieval costume is acceptable.

- Vendors may not take more space than they signed up for. Your entire setup, including ropes, awnings, eaves, and signage must fit within the space you purchased. If not, you will be charged the difference plus a late registration fee. Additionally, you may be moved to an overflow location as to not disrupt other vendor spaces.
