Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for The Great Plains Renaissance Festival! Below are the current rates for vendor spaces for general vendors, including a new option: you can purchase both your Spring and Fall vendor space together at a discounted rate!
If you’re a food vendor please use the food vendor page for signing up.
If you don’t sell a product directly, but instead advertise products and services sold beyond the festival, please use the Sponsorship Contact Page.
Things to know:
- The Great Plains Renaissance Festival is a juried event, and all entries are reviewed
- No application is complete and will not be reviewed without payment
- The Final Jury Process happens two weeks before the festival dates (though some applications may be accepted before then)
- You will receive an email when the jury process completes.
- If you were not accepted, you will receive a refund for your vendor application fees
- You will receive an email a week before the festival dates with setup times and dates
- Even if you’ve been a vendor before, please make sure to complete the description of wares
