Join us for the Wichita Highland Games at The Great plains Renaissance Festival! Not only will this allow you to join us for both days, but we also want to feature your clan here on the Great Plains Renaissance Festival website, so that more attendees know you exist!

Clan Space:

  • Standard Space: 10′ x 10′ $35
  • 8′ Table Rental – $8 Each
  • Chair Rental – $1.50 Each
  • All clan spaces include 2 passes per day for a total of 4 passes for the weekend.

    Wichita Highland Games and Celtic Festival Hold Harmless Agreement

    I, being either authorized agent, or responsible party representing my Clan shall indemnify, hold free and harmless, assume liability for and defend the Great Plains Renaissance Festival, their affiliates, agents, servants, employees, volunteers, officers and directors from any and all costs and expenses including but not limited to attorney's fees, reasonable investigative and discovery costs, court costs and all other sums which the Great Plains Renaissance Festival, their affiliates, agents, servants, employees, volunteers, officers and directors may pay or become obligated to pay on account of any, all and every demand for claim or assertion of liability, or any claim or action founded thereon, arising or alleged to have out of participation/attendance or selling of wares, during the Great Plains Renaissance Festival, their affiliates, agents, servants, employees, volunteers, officers and directors or by any act of omission by the Great Plains Renaissance Festival, their affiliates, agents, servants, employees, volunteers, officers and directors.

    Space reservations are not complete until payment is received. After you have hit submit above, select your space size and extras, and pay for it below.

    Clan Vendors are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes if selling clan merchandise.

    Step 2:

    Select what options you need – you’ll need a standard clan space, but if you need more (tables or chairs, so you don’t have to bring your own) and pay for them. Remember – no application is complete without payment!

    The Great Plains Renaissance Festival reserves the right to refuse entry to any person/s for any reason. By submitting this application you are agreeing to abide by the vendor rules established for The Great Plains Renaissance Festival.

    Step 3:

    Within a couple of days, someone will be contacting you via email – we want to know the history of your clan, your preferred tartan for displaying here on the website, clan symbol, and more so we can properly present you to the local community!
